Southern California Project Strategies focuses on developing out of the box strategies and solutions. We understand that starting a project in today's economy can be very costly. With the many layers of local and state government, navigating through a simple permit or entitlement can be time consuming and exhausting. Getting support from project stakeholders, projects staff and decision makers, is crucial to the success of a project. At SCPS, our goal is to focus on laying out and executing a strategic project timeline, and project plan, meeting with stakeholders and assuring project support. We understand that not all projects are good for the community, or environment. Our goal at SCPS is to work with both clients, and project stakeholders on understanding the project purpose and need. We know that our knowledge of local and state government processes, when combined with the right strategy can save clients time and money.
At Southern California Project Strategies (SCPS) we deploy the best strategies through a variety of digital and media platforms. We know that communicating with stakeholders can be difficult. We strategize outside the box and find the most effective messaging to deploy through the best medium possible. We live in a digital society, where the news is spread at the speed of a tweet, Instagram or Facebook share. Whether it's social media management, digital content creation, video creation, photography, micro campaigns for a product, service, or project, SCPS has all the tools to make sure that each project is as successful as can be. In today's world, making sure that the project messaging is understood, visually appealing, and appreciated by stakeholders is now more challenging than ever. SCPS has the right strategies to ensure that messaging stays effective, fresh, and engaging.
We thrive in the area of crisis communications. Whether it's a development project, utility project, or telecommunications project, the “not in my back yard” (NIMBY) element can quickly turn into a nightmare. Understanding the pre-crisis, the crisis, and post-crisis, are key to mitigating project blowback. Our team helps clients build coalitions and foster engagement through both traditional and digital activation methods. In addition, taking preventative measures by monitoring crisis risks early on, making decisions about potential project blowback, and creating and disseminating crisis messaging over a variety of mediums, are just some effective strategies used by our team to assure we create engaging content that positively influences public opinion.
